- Exchange Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories to be eligible for an exchange.
- Non-Exchangeable Items: Items that are worn, damaged, or altered are not eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at Utkarshjune2003@gmail.com or call 9211679017. Include your order number, the reason for the exchange, and details of the item you wish to receive in exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with an Exchange Authorization (EA) number and detailed instructions for returning the item.
- Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including any tags and accessories. Clearly write the EA number on the package.
- Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: For exchanges, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Cluci (Utkarsh Traders) Responsibility: If the exchange is due to a defect or error made by us, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Processing Time
- Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, processing will take 5-7 business days. We will notify you via email about the status of your exchange and when the replacement item will be shipped.

Exchange Details
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, you will be offered an alternative option or notified of the next steps.
- Replacement Shipping: Replacement items will be shipped within 5-7 business days after processing the returned item.
