  2. How to Request an Exchange

    • Receive Instructions: We will provide you with an Exchange Authorization (EA) number and detailed instructions for returning the item.
    • Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including any tags and accessories. Clearly write the EA number on the package.
    • Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  3. Shipping Costs

    • Customer Responsibility: For exchanges, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
    • Cluci (Utkarsh Traders) Responsibility: If the exchange is due to a defect or error made by us, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  4. Processing Time

    • Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, processing will take 5-7 business days. We will notify you via email about the status of your exchange and when the replacement item will be shipped.

  5. Exchange Details

    • Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, you will be offered an alternative option or notified of the next steps.
    • Replacement Shipping: Replacement items will be shipped within 5-7 business days after processing the returned item.

  6. Refunds

    • Policy: Cluci (Utkarsh Traders) does not offer refunds. Only exchanges are available. If you require a different item or size, please use our exchange process to make the appropriate adjustments.

  7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
