  1. Return and Exchange Policy

    • Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
    • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.
    • Non-Returnable Items: Items that are worn, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return or exchange.
  2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

    • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at Utkarshjune2003@gmail.com or call 9211679017. Provide your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant details.
    • Receive Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.
    • Prepare the Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any tags and accessories. Clearly write the RA number on the package.
    • Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  3. Return Shipping Costs

    • Customer Responsibility: For returns due to change of mind or incorrect item choice, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
    • Cluci (Utkarsh Traders) Responsibility: If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  4. Processing Time

    • Returns: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, processing will take 7 business days. You will be notified via email regarding the outcome of your return request.
    • Exchanges: If you’ve requested an exchange, once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item within 7 business days.
  5. Refunds

    • Policy: No refunds are accepted. Only exchanges are available.

Note:- Refund will be done in your original payment method within 3-5 days for only if requested item is out of stock.
